Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Private Yacht Charters Miami, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

1. Client Cancellations

More than 48 hours before departure: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled charter are eligible for a refund, excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Less than 48 hours before departure: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled charter are non-refundable.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

If the U.S. Coast Guard issues a Small Craft Advisory or the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe for sailing, the charter will be rescheduled, and a charter credit will be provided.

3. No-Shows

Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the entire charter fee.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened charter duration to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. No partial refunds will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a charter must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time. Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
